This Privacy Policy explains how Boba Supply Corporation, operating as BBLY ("BBLY," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use thebbly.com, the BBLY mobile app, purchase products, create an account, or contact us.

Information we collect

We receive information you provide, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, account registration information, order details, and communications with customer support. Orders may include purchased items, quantities, prices, fulfillment information, and transaction status. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details to customer support.

Our website, app, and commerce service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages or products viewed, and interactions with our services. Cookies and similar technologies support shopping carts, checkout, security, preferences, and understanding how our services are used.

Accounts, checkout, and payments

We use Shopify to support our store, customer accounts, orders, and checkout. Information submitted during checkout is processed by Shopify and the payment services used for your selected payment method. Payment providers receive the payment information needed to complete your transaction. BBLY receives order and payment-status information and may receive limited payment details, such as payment method and masked card information.

The mobile app uses account authentication and session information to keep you signed in and display your account and order history. Signing out removes access to that signed-in session on the device; it does not delete your account or order records.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, product browsing, shopping carts, checkout, and order history.
• Process payments and orders, arrange shipping, delivery or pickup, and provide order updates.
• Respond to questions and resolve returns, delivery issues, disputes, and support requests.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our services and help detect fraud or misuse.
• Send marketing communications according to your choices and applicable requirements.
• Maintain business records and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

When information is shared

We disclose information needed to operate our services to providers such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping and delivery providers, and providers supporting communications, hosting, security, and business operations. These parties receive information relevant to their roles. Shopify and payment services may also process information under their own privacy policies. See Shopify's Privacy Policy for details.

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect lawful rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protections. We may also share information at your direction.

Cookies and your communication choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls presented on our website or checkout. Restricting essential cookies or local storage may affect sign-in, cart, or checkout functionality. Controls in a browser may not apply to a separate device or the mobile app.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or contact support@thebbly.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account, transaction, security, or order communications.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on the type of information, your account relationship, outstanding orders or disputes, fraud prevention needs, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some transaction records must be retained after an account deletion request. Backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup processes.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or BBLY customer account, email support@thebbly.com with the subject "Privacy request." Use the email associated with your account when possible. We may verify your identity before acting and will explain any applicable limitation on your request. BBLY processes verified account-deletion requests within 7 business days. We will confirm completion or explain which records must be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Do not include your password. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to our business, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, or object to or limit certain uses. Where applicable, these may include rights concerning sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise your applicable rights or ask about our practices. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security and service providers

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity. Our service providers may process information outside your state or country, where privacy laws may differ.

Children

BBLY's services are intended for adults and business customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
