Food items are not returnable.

Non-food returns

Unopened non-food items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in their original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee applies to non-food returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to request a return

Before returning an eligible non-food item, email support@thebbly.com with your BBLY order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include your receipt and order number in the returned package. Returns without a valid BBLY order number will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refund processing

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive them. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will appear on the card used for the order within 3–5 business days.
