All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). In order to qualify for an RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

What Items Are Returnable?

Unopened boxes must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.

What Items Are Not Returnable?

  • Products that have been opened
  • Orders that do not have a receipt and order number in the returned package

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and BBLY is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 30 days. BBLY reserves the right to refuse any returns not following the instructions.

To return a product, please fill out the return form to request an RMA Number. We do not offer any exchange option.

To return a DEFECTIVE product, please fill out the return form and specify that the return is due to defect and be prepared to provide a description and photos of the defect.

BBLY will not accept any claims or returns for any items that do not have a valid BBLY order number. Make sure to include your receipt in the returned order so we can identify your order.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the return. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will appear back on the card you used to place the order within 3-5 business days. Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return label.

For any shipment that is unable to be delivered by the carrier or order recipient refuses shipment causing the product to return to the shipper, we will charge shipping fee of $10 per case + 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the total refund.
